    • All other expenses (e.g., high school fees, sports, music, lunch, etc.) remain the parent/guardian’s responsibility, payable via cash, check, or Smartcare account.
  2. Families Not Qualifying for Education Freedom Scholarship Act:
    • ACA offers a secondary scholarship to offset costs (amount determined and awarded individually).
    • Payment options after scholarship award:
      • A. Pay in Full: Pay by semester or full school year.
      • B. Payment Plan (10 Months: August-May):
        • Requires auto-draft setup in Smartcare on the 1st of each month.
        • Payments not received by the 15th incur a $30 late fee.

        • If auto-draft falls on a non-business day, payment processes the next business day.
      • C. Smartcare Billing Clarification:
        • Payments processed in batches on the 26th of each month for the following month (e.g., July 26th for August).

  5. Teachers and administration have full discretion in student discipline.
