How to Join ACA

Follow these steps to start your journey with Apostolic Christian Academy.

  1. Schedule a Tour
    Book a visit to explore our campus and see our Christ-centered environment firsthand.
  2. Gather Necessary Documents
    To help expedite the admission process, the following information will need to be gathered and ready to upload on the application. ACA will request records from your child’s previous school after the application is complete.
    • Birth Certificate – A copy of the student's official birth certificate, not the hospital-issued "mother copy."
    • Immunization Certificate – Official State of TN Department of Health, dated within six months.
    • Report Cards/Transcript – Last two years.
    • Standardized Testing
    • Disciplinary Record
    • Two Letters Required (Grades 7-12th): Please submit two reference letters: one from an academic source (teacher, counselor, etc.) and one from a character reference (pastor, mentor, etc.). Both should be non-family members.
  3. Review ACA Student Handbook
    Familiarize yourself with our policies, expectations, and values to ensure ACA is the right fit for your family.
  4. Submit Application
    Complete and submit your application with all required documents to finalize the process.
